Grand Griffin Academy is a service operated by WISIT, s.r.o. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, questionnaire, and any related services we make available (together, the “Service”).
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to submit your answers or join the waitlist.
3. What the Service does
The Service lets you answer questions about your writing journey and optionally leave your email address so we can notify you when the Academy opens. Submitting answers does not create any membership, subscription, or obligation beyond what these terms describe.
4. Your submissions
You keep all rights to the answers and any writing-related content you share with us. By submitting answers, you grant us permission to use them to understand what future members want and to improve the Service. Please do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by submitting unlawful or misleading content, attempting to disrupt the website, or using automated tools to spam the questionnaire or waitlist.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”. We are still building the Academy, so features may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use; the current version will always be available on this page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WISIT, s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
